Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel (Check-in from 14:00). After check-in, begin your Nepal experience with a visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, followed by a walk through the historic old city and Ason Bazaar, depending on arrival time. If the flight arrives late, sightseeing will be arranged on another suitable day. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Visit Swayambhunath, the famous hilltop Buddhist stupa overlooking Kathmandu Valley. Continue to Kirtipur, a historic Newari town known for its traditional character and heritage. Continue to Pharping, an important spiritual destination with Buddhist and cultural significance. In the afternoon, visit Patan Durbar Square, known for its beautiful Newari art and architecture. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Travel to Changunarayan and visit its historic temple and surrounding heritage area. From Changunarayan, begin the scenic hike to Telkot through the hills and traditional countryside. Continue to Nagarkot and enjoy the sunset, weather permitting. Overnight in Nagarkot.
Early morning enjoy the sunrise and Himalayan views from Nagarkot, weather permitting. After breakfast, visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square with its historic temples, traditional squares and rich Newari heritage. Continue to Pashupatinath Temple, one of Nepal’s most sacred Hindu sites, followed by Boudhanath Stupa, an important centre of Tibetan Buddhist culture. Overnight in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward flight (Check-out by 12:00 noon). Your Nepal journey with Swornim comes to an end.
